I utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapies including the Person Centered approach to foster the trust building process and increase client autonomy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), liberation psychology, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My experience resides in working with adults, and adolescents.
