If so, you are not alone. There is hope. As a survivor of PMAD, I understand how you are feeling. I have advanced clinical training in Maternal Mental Health by Seleni Institute, New York and Postpartum Support International (PSI).
My specialty is focused on helping women during perinatal period including prenatal anxiety and postpartum depression, miscarriage, stillborn, and grief and loss. I am here to support you. Being a new mother involves redefining the self as a "mother" while learning to move forward with confidence and grace without losing your sense of self.
I offer a compassionate and safe space to support you in your recovery. My practice includes Perinatal Mood & Anxiety; Postpartum Depression; Postpartum Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Perinatal Loss & Grief, Infertility, Traumatic Birth; Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), NICU/PICU Trauma, Motherhood, New Mom, Bringing Baby Home, and Second Mom.
