I am a EMDR and brainspotting practitioner and I am also a certified clinical hypnotherapist. I have studied energy work such as reiki. Much of my work experience has been working with individuals, adolescents, and those in crisis. I work often with depression and anxiety.
I believe our relationship with ourselves is extremely important. When you punish yourself, you prevent the connections and love in your life you so desire. Utilizing EMDR, focused mindfulness, hypnosis, and energy work, I help to teach how to listen to your inner self and rebuild that relationship into a loving one.
I focus on not just the mind, but the body and spirit as well. I believe there is so much more to this world than we can see and I help my clients reconnect with their intuition and built trust in themselves. As Jung eloquently puts it, who looks outside dreams; who looks inside awakens.
