My work weaves together a blend of integrative holistic practices–supporting mind, body, heart, and soul. I utilize mind-body interventions, wilderness therapy, ceremony/ritual, somatic trauma work, grief work, contemplative practice, somatic trauma work, and energy medicine. I specialize in guiding women through powerful life transitions + soul work.
I am a wilderness + somatic therapist, coach, and guide – currently finishing a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine: Integrative Mental Health. I offer limited 1:1 spaces for women who are ready to do deeper work, and lead retreats + immersive experiences at Medicine for the Modern Soul.
