My counseling background includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as families. My clients' goals often include wanting to understand why they "do what they do" in their lives and relationships, as well as how they can improve their relationships with themselves and others.

My clinical skills include helping people move past traumatic events, communication/relationship problems, self-esteem building, stress management and coping techniques. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, grief and pet loss. I am an EMDR trained therapist.
