I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different healthier way.
My practice specializes in treating individuals and families. I offer comprehensive services dealing with: Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Self- esteem issues, Stress Management, Ethnic / Cultural Issues, Grief, Relationship Issues, Conduct Disorders, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), ADHD, Parenting issues.
I have more than 30 years of experience in the field of Behavioral Sciences. I provide psychotherapy to adults, elders, and adolescents. Graduated with a Bachelors in Clinical Psychology at University in Cuba in 1982. Then with a Masters Degree at Florida International University (1998). I have been in Private Practice since 2003 at Miami Lakes.
