I use an integrative approach that ideally suits your needs. When we feel intense emotions, our nervous system tells us something is wrong, like an alarm system. There is a possibility of resolving PTSD and other negative experiences through trauma-informed therapies such as EMDR and somatic awareness, combined with cognitive and mindfulness practices.
I'm compassionate and empathic; dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward personal growth and well-being.
