I know from my own life challenges and illnesses how obstacles and losses in our lives can bring growth and transformation when we get support. After surviving two cancers I wrote the book “The Little Book of Hope” to spread seeds of Hope.

I am here to help you stop running and start living! Your healing is a journey that needs a strong co-pilot! I specialize in deep trauma work (emotional, sexual, spiritual, relational, and physical) when other types of therapy have not worked for you. I use EMDR as one of my primary tools for trauma work where possible to hasten healing. I work to strengthen that inner voice inside of you to help you find your healing your way. I use techniques I learned working with world renowned professionals, including being fully trained in EMDR, (EMDRIA) a trauma resolution technique.

First we need to see where you are in that process and together develop a plan to help you learn the skills you need to improve your daily functioning, improve your relationship with yourself and others, improve your ability to self-sooth and self-regulate, increase your ability to "bounce back" from difficulties and/or increase your sense of connection and self-worth.
