I am experienced in working with survivors of trauma, including; Adult Children of Alcoholics, and survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. I am trained in EMDR; one the most effective treatments for trauma and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have extensive experience in working with couples who are experiencing relational conflict.
I see therapy as a journey of self-empowerment. As your therapist, I am committed to providing you with the tools you need in order to better navigate your life, and it is my responsibility is to support you through this emotional journey.
