Untreated trauma negatively affects our health, our moods, and our behavior. My training in Eye Movement Desensitization Training (EMDR) may be able to help you.
My work is grounded in a strong client-centered relationship. I have years of experience helping challenging individuals from middle age to elderly. I incorporate the wisdom of past successful therapies with our current knowledge from the neurosciences to help you see how you can lead a more satisfying life.
