Is it time to make a big change in your life? We have all gone through hard things in life and often have internalized negative messages and memories from those times. These can block us from living the lives we really want. EMDR is a therapeutic approach that can heal those stuck memories and free up your energy for growth and new ways of living. Our treatment will be individualized for you and may include 60 minute sessions, extended sessions (90-120 min), Intensives (4 hours a day for 1-10 days), or Group EMDR Retreats.

I am certified in EMDR, and trained in ego state work and other trauma treatments. I have extensive training in EMDR including EMDR 2.0, Affective Circuit Resetting, DeprEnd, and working with dissociation. We will work together to identify your core goals and our time together will be tailored to your strengths and goals.
