I specialize in treating all forms of trauma including betrayal trauma and complex trauma; especially childhood sexual abuse. I also address current PTSD symptoms, self-harm, dissociation; Functional Neurological Disorders including non-epileptic seizures; and obsessive and suicidal thoughts. Education is part of the process of change and I hope to give you materials and information to help you through the healing process. I look forward to sharing many helpful tools to help with your symptoms of anxiety and depression; regulate emotions; and increase awareness in order to find a healthy balance and improve well-being.
I am certified in evidence-based trauma therapies including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Lifespan Integration (LI) and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Marriage Therapy, both effective methods to help improve your relationship and work through conflict.
I would be honored to provide a non-judgmental and compassionate safe-space to listen to what you have to say and provide encouragement and support to you on your journey of healing. I am licensed to practice in Utah (in person and Telehealth) and Idaho (via Telehealth only).
