We develop a customized treatment plan create a stronger, mentally healthier, wiser you, generally with EMDR. EMDR is a clinically based treatment for trauma, depression, anxiety, grief & other issues.Our goal is to increase your ability to function & leave your issues in the past. My hours are afternoons & evenings on Tuesday, Wed. & Thursday. I’m an EMDR Consultant, (ret. Facilitator 12/23) and therapist trained by the EMDR Institute, CA

My specialty is EMDR. Seeing clients heal with EMDR is exciting for me! This psychological theory accesses the neurological parts of the brain and eventually desensitize you to , sensations, pictures, emotions that often cause physical symptoms as well as psychological problems is like depression and anxiety. EMDR locates them based on specific protocol.
