Whether you're wanting a 2X or 10X change, we're ready to welcome you today. We provide 11 years experience in facilitating the variations of the popular EMDR modality for enhanced cognitive processing that can result in greater coherence, distress relief, and your best self on a more regular basis. Experienced in recent incident recovery, PTSD, DID, CPTSD, FND, and attachment/developmental impacts treatment and more general symptoms of headaches, brain fog, lethargy and relational distress.
We provide in person sessions for adults in our quiet, private and modern settings. No more rushing, abrupt session closure or therapist turnover. We have session options that allow for more time in the work; extended sessions, 2-4 sessions and back to back days to move you towards relief and results. We collaborate and progress at your pace.
