If you are dealing with grief, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, or are recovering from narcissistic abuse, I’m happy to help you through these issues and get you to a place of peace, hope, and even joy. What would usually take years to accomplish in therapy will be expedited with the tools I use.
I have done extensive training in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These are evidence based tools that actually heal brains. Just talking doesn’t always work, as you may have noticed in previous therapy.
