Therapy is a joint process, where you are in the driver’s seat. My role as your therapist is to encourage, support and empower you to navigate life in a way that leaves you feeling more successful. I have experience in helping to overcome trauma related disorders, family stress, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I specialize in working with adult women and children (9-17).
A trusting relationship is the foundation I use for creating change. Talking can be helpful to sort through life problems and emotional stress. In addition to this, I'm armed with evidence based tools to help you build the resources you need to reduce your symptoms. I am trained in EMDR, Play Therapy (children/teens) and CBT.
