We Offer: Free 15-Minute Consultations to ensure our clients receive a thoughtful experienced clinician to collaborate and provide the best support tailored to you. We are a group of Creative Arts Therapists trained in EMDR, IFS, Somatic and creative arts therapies. We take NYU student health insurance.
Specialties include treating addiction, alcoholism, co-dependency, dating, depression, medical trauma, bereavement, mens issues, anxiety, and relationship issues, couple counseling. We also specialize in working with individuals who experience performance anxiety. We also understand 12 step recovery language, and offer recovery coaching.
One thing that separates us from other practices is we are a team, constantly working to together to provide our clients with the best care. If you're looking for therapists who are relatable, then we are a good fit. We don't believe in the on the couch antiquated model of therapy. Like a coach, we play an active role in therapy.

EMDR is a trauma treatment using bilateral tapping to help us move through traumatic memories with more ease and less stickiness. DBT is just another way to help us learn how to cope with emotions and get unstuck.
