We exist to serve the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent communities. It can be difficult to be vulnerable, ask for help and share your thoughts, especially with what is going on in this political climate. We help heal generational trauma. We strive to create an environment of safety, free of judgement. ALL are welcome at Embracing Change.

We treat adolescents/teens ages 10+, adults, elders, families and couples. We have immediate openings available for therapy, both in person in Glendale and through telehealth anywhere in AZ. We also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to help you heal trauma.

All therapists at Embracing Change have Master’s Degrees and value empowering others, especially marginalized communities. You deserve this. You deserve to be seen and heard.
