I work with adolescents and adults who have experienced depression, anxiety, drug and/or alcohol addiction, family concerns, self-esteem issues, behavioral issues, personal growth, intellectual or learning disabilities, prenatal and postpartum mood, and anxiety disorders. We can also incorporate a faith-based perspective into our sessions.
I have a diverse background working with individuals from various cultures. My method to therapy includes utilizing a person-centered approach that allows clients the freedom to express themselves in a safe, caring environment knowing that I will remain non-judgmental and empathetic so that they can obtain their goals.
