I have spent three years working in the field of addiction and co-occuring disorders. I am familiar with treating addiction as well as issues such as anxiety, depression, grieving, anger management, life cycle issues, and a host of mental health disorders. I utilize CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Reality Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy.
