Hi there! There's so much that happens from day to day, it’s very easy to become overwhelmed. I am here to support you through whatever journey you may be on in life. When we slow down and take it one step at a time, we are able to accomplish goals, establish new ways of thinking, and develop a wide range of coping skills. I do my best to meet you where you are, and together we can move forward to achieve your goals! Therapy is not a one modality fits all, so I work from a combination of modalities, depending on the goals of each person. I am accepting new clients via telehealth.

My role as a counselor is to help you find your inner strength to move past these blocks and obstacles in your life.

A focus area for me is working with neurodivergent adults, especially those with later in life diagnosis or healing high masking folks. Many folks I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship or phase of life issues.
I integrate different types of therapy including Internal Family Systems, Narrative, & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also find it helpful to integrate psychoeducation, which is learning about how your brain works. Having an open mind towards using art therapy is important with potential clients.
