You're exhausted from always trying to hold it together. No matter how hard you try, you constantly feel stuck. Your body holds onto trauma and stress, keeping you constantly on edge, as if danger is always lurking. You wonder if something is wrong with you or if you're broken. It feels like you've lost your direction, but deep down, you know there’s more to you than what you've experienced. You're choosing healing and growth, refusing to give up on yourself. This is your moment for change, though you're uncertain where to begin. You feel ready to release the trauma that has been holding you back.

It’s been a while since you’ve felt like yourself. You are showing up every day, doing what needs to be done, but deep down, you feel disconnected. There are things you want for yourself, but the weight of all of it makes it hard to even begin. Some days, it feels like you are stuck in place, using all your energy just to keep going. You feel ready for support in creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are. I work with teens and adults facing ADHD, anxiety, and trauma, with a special focus on health at every size & fat liberation, queer identity exploration, racial identity, & neurodiversity.

You have felt stuck, scared, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself for too long. It might feel like no matter how hard you try, anxiety, self-doubt, or old patterns keep showing up. You may find yourself struggling to manage emotions, navigate relationships, let go of the past, or feel confident in who you are. Whether you’re coping with life transitions, burnout, trauma, or relationship struggles, it can feel exhausting to keep it all together on your own.

You have been carrying a lot for a long time. Even when you try your hardest, it’s difficult to feel engaged—with work, relationships, or yourself. You have goals, but taking action feels like climbing a mountain without a clear path. Most days, just making it through feels like an achievement in itself. You’re ready for something different. I support folks dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma, and I’m especially committed to working with queer, trans, and BIPOC folx, as well as sex workers and those in polyamorous relationships. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—I’m here to help.

You might feel caught between worlds—tired of explaining yourself, of fragmenting who you are to make others comfortable. I work with young adults, children of immigrants, and people navigating queer/religious identity. My clients often feel the weight of being a "model minority", and the loneliness of living between cultures in a place that often erases and devalues BIPOC identity. They might deal with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or relationship/familial/community challenges rooted in these complex intersections. I offer a space built on shared understanding, where no part of your identity feels like a contradiction.

You may be moving through life carrying an invisible weight. Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure. Maybe you haven’t felt like yourself in a long time, and showing up for responsibilities, relationships, or even your own needs feels harder each day. To keep the peace, you may put others first, even when it costs you your own wellbeing. Anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, grief, or anger rise and fall, leaving you longing for peace, meaning, and deeper connection with yourself and others. You’re ready for change and I am here to help.
