About
I practice from a compassionate approach, with an emphasis on mindfulness-based, and cognitive techniques. If you are interested in getting curious about your own experience with the support of a witness and guide, we will work together to create an environment where healing can take place.
I promote self-healing and empowerment through a variety of techniques. Together, we will connect to your mind, body, and senses to help resolve past traumas, relationship struggles, self-esteem, life transitions, guilt, grief, depression, and more.
I believe in working collaboratively with you, as you have all of the inner expertise to guide you in this process. Feel free to contact me to discuss what you’re seeking at this stage of your healing.
