Dr. Levi Armstrong is a doctoral-level, clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in testing and treatment for children (ages 3+), adolescents, and adults suffering from diseases and illnesses affecting the brain. Common diagnoses evaluated for include ADHD or ADD, autism or Asperger's, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and dementia. Integra Psychological Services, PLLC is owned by clinical neuropsychologist Dr. Levi Armstrong. We provide compassionate psychological and neuropsychological testing / evaluation services for children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide individual, couples, and marriage/family therapy.

My main focus is trauma and PTSD. My secondary focus is on Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Parental Alienation. I also do a lot of work with anxiety (social and generalized), addictions, depression, abuse (of all kinds). These are often tied to my two main focuses. I have a lot of experience working with military personnel and veterans.

Dr. Nicole Rae Grandjean is a neuropsychologist who specializes in the differential diagnosis of psychiatric and neurocognitive disorders. She obtained her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from The University of North Texas in 2004. Dr. Grandjean evaluates people with neurocognitive disorders stemming from traumatic brain injury, toxic exposure, stroke, Parkinson's, and dementia. As a clinical psychologist, she specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Her psychotherapy practice focuses on treating PTSD from rape, combat, catastrophic events, assault and childhood sexual/physical abuse.

I provide neuropsychological testing to children, adolescents and young adults to give an overview of cognitive abilities to determine individual strengths and weaknesses. These abilities include: Intellectual Functioning (IQ); Academic Achievement; Learning & Memory; Attention & Executive Functioning; Language & Phonological Processing; Visual-Spatial Skills & Visual-Motor Integration; Fine Motor Coordination; Adaptive Functioning; Emotional & Behavioral Functioning; Social Skills & Pragmatic (Social) Language. Using these results, I can help coordinate care with your child's other medical providers, suggest school recommendations (including IEP/504 Plans), and provide referrals to specialists and professionals that can help your child maximize his or her functioning and potential.

I am originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico and completed my undergraduate degree at the University of New Mexico. I earned a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, with specialization in neuropsychology from Carlos Albizu University in Miami, FL. I completed internship and post-doctoral fellowship training at Jackson Memorial Hospital – University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine.
