I am a Christian Counselor. I believe that psychotherapy is more effective when Christ is central to the process. Since God created the child, adolescent and his/her parents, He is the one with the wisdom to bring healing and restoration to the family. Though I have specialized with children and adolescents many adults have requested to see me and now my practice is expanding to include adults. Christian Counseling unites Biblical values with the power of the Holy Spirit, together with the knowledge base of psychology and social work to bring emotional and mental health healing to people.

Depression,anxiety, or a lack of self-confidence and self-esteem can cause or be caused by many factors, such as personal history, relationship issues or work-related situations. Sometimes therapy, counseling, coaching or a combination of the above can help. Whether with a loved one, a parent, a child, or a job-related issue, we all need help sometimes. For over twenty years, I have create a warm, nurturing professional environment in which individuals, couples, stepfamilies and families of developmentally disabled people can be helped to find better ways of coping with their emotional and relationship issues.

We are a group of licensed Mental Health Clinicians and provide high quality psychotherapy and counseling services. Dedicated to the total well being of all clients, we help to foster awareness of core issues and recurring themes. We blend traditional psychotherapy with trauma treatment, such as EMDR, hypnotherapy, yoga therapy and energy healing. This holistic and comprehensive approach facilitates an escape from old patterns and provides integrative techniques to reduce stress, depression and anxiety, while awakening the body and mind's innate wisdom to heal itself.

What sets us apart is our structured approach. We'll start with weekly sessions, then transition to biweekly, and eventually monthly meetings. Plus, after your "graduation", we'll have two check-ins per year to ensure those healthy habits stick. In between sessions, we'll assign tasks to work on your relationship, and you'll have access to us outside of appointments for advice and support.
