Hello! I'm Caitlin and I'm here to help. I am a licensed clinical therapist with a focus in treating anxiety disorders, depression, autism spectrum disorder, maternal mental health, and healthcare professionals.

I help clients find a greater sense of themselves by helping them to become more aware of their own human nature. I aim to empower clients to become clear about their goals and how to achieve them. Clients can hope to gain greater understanding and respect for their own inner ability to find resolution. In counseling, people feel supported while working through real and perceived barriers at their own pace. I believe each of us has the wisdom we seek within ourselves; the key is to access that wisdom and to believe in it.

I have been in practice over ten years. My practice consists of children, adults, couples, and families. I also have been involved with both active/ retired military personnel and the unique issues faced by their families. My practice consists of addressing those issues ranging from those encountered by children in their school setting to various family environment and employment issues. As well as, assisting individuals in developing stronger social skills to be used on a daily basis.

Josh has experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples and is well versed in grief therapy, anxiety and depression, issues pertaining to suicide, issues pertaining to the LGBTQ+ community, and special issues pertaining to adolescents. He is currently a part-time faculty member with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has held other various professorial positions. He has worked on several non-profit boards advancing the access to mental health resources, educating the public on depression and suicide, working for the rights of minorities, and educating the public on issues pertaining to veterans

We are not meant to do life alone, and times of struggle can be painful illustrations of that. By the time you decide to seek out therapy, you have likely been white-knuckling the steering wheel of life for some time, adapting in the only ways you know. I believe that people seek out counseling because they feel that they are lacking guidance and are struggling to make sense of the problem(s) or issue(s) they are experiencing. In other words, they feel “stuck”. Because of this, they are searching for a way to change, move forward, or process their own thoughts and feelings related to whatever is causing their problem. Each person has the option to take charge of their own narrative and change their current problems or circumstances or create a new life all together. Through the counseling process, I am able to help my clients accomplish that and move forward.

With 20 years in the field of psychology, Dr. Pelz is an adult, marital, child and adolescent-trained Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Dr. Pelz' specialties include ADHD, Parenting skills, along with coping strategies for anxiety and depression. He provides ADHD evaluations, as well as providing couples therapy. He holds a Masters' of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology (MSCP). Dr. Pelz received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science and Law, Sociology, and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Doctorate of Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago.
