Do you feel overwhelmed or exhausted? Maybe it's an emotion, the crippling anxiety or the deblitating depression. Maybe it's a behavior, the constant numbing or never ending people-pleasing. Maybe it's a thought, "I'll never be enough", "'I'm too much", "I'm unlovable". What is it that's burdening you? Many of us want to change, to heal, to let go but how? These burdens often feel too overwhelming to address, especially in the chaos of life. My hope is to offer a safe space for us to compassionately lend attention to the pain you carry around every day. Through tending to our burdens we often uncover clarity, wholeness and peace.
I believe the journey towards peace starts with mindfulness. In sessions I will encourage you to break away from auto-pilot and intentionally connect back to yourself. It’s here, in this connection that we can begin to develop alignment. Alignment with our values, alignment with the parts of ourselves we hide from, alignment with the person we hope to be.
