Embark Behavioral Health is a leading network of exceptional treatment and therapy programs across the United States. We specialize in helping adolescents, teens, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health and substance abuse issues. Our programs include in-home treatment, virtual IOP, outpatient clinics that offer intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) and therapeutic day treatment programs, also known as a partial hospitalization program (PHPs), wilderness therapy, short-term residential treatment programs, long-term residential treatment, therapeutic boarding schools, and young adult transitional living options.
Depression, anxiety, and suicide are on the rise, and young people are at risk today more than ever before. Too many go through life suffering from trauma, loneliness, feelings of worthlessness, anxiety, depression, and shame. It doesn’t have to be this way. Our continuum of care can provide your adolescent, teen, or young adult the help they need through healing programs that feature individual, group, and family therapy as well as therapeutic/peer mentoring. We also offer experiential activities that help young people learn healthy and appropriate ways to enjoy life. Because family is essential to challenging mental health issues like anxiety and depression, our programs provide families like yours with parent coaching and involvement throughout the treatment process. We welcome you to be a part of your child’s healing journey within our safe, nurturing environment.
For adolescent, teen, and young adults struggling with school refusal, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and other behavioral health issues, the earlier they’re diagnosed, the more effective treatment can be. This is especially important if substance abuse or substance addiction co-occur alongside a mental health issue. If your child is struggling with substance abuse issues alongside a mental illness, Embark offers addiction education and recovery programs that can help. Our overall treatment options include self-management and recovery training (SMART), substance abuse counseling, substance abuse recovery groups, substance abuse education, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). These treatment options will help your adolescent, teen, or young adult understand how to navigate their way through difficult drug and alcohol issues while overcoming mental health challenges.
