Embark Behavioral Health is a leading network of exceptional treatment and therapy programs across the United States. For adolescent, teen, and young adults struggling with school refusal, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and other behavioral health issues, the earlier they’re diagnosed, the more effective treatment can be. Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Groups
TF-CBT is a short-term therapy that involves 12-25 treatment sessions. TF-CBT was initially introduced as an intervention for children or teens that had experienced sexual abuse. Over the years its use has expanded to treating all forms of trauma.

SMART Recovery combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which helps change negative thought patterns to positive ones, as well as provides emotional coping strategies and group and family support.
