Unmasking & Rebuilding: 6 weeks starting July 9th
A virtual group for adults making sense of late/newly discovered neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, and similar) (No formal diagnosis required - self-identification and exploration welcome!) You’re capable, thoughtful, and self-aware… but still feel overwhelmed more often than not. What if the patterns you’ve noticed aren’t problems to fix— but clues to understanding yourself differently? What if you could explore that in a space with people who get it? Together, we’ll reflect on: masking and burnout, identity after late discovery, reducing shame and self-blame, and building a more sustainable, supportive way of living.
