Let's work together to sort through the things causing disruption in your everyday life including intimate relationships, sexuality, or general life transitions (starting or ending a relationship, coming out, exploring non-traditional relationships, etc.) I am committed to helping you move through anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, and shame in order to help you increase connections with yourself and your community.
I can help you manage distress around low libido, sexual pain, sexual shame, open relationships, kink, and many other sexual health topics. I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community committed to providing support to fellow members. I seek to hold a non-judgmental space for you to explore difficult conversations around sexuality and relationships.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Supervisor (LCSW) with extensive training in sexual issues, as well as more generalized psychotherapy.
