Over the years, my own journey through counseling sparked a deep passion for understanding the stories that shape us—stories of resilience, pain, identity, and hope. This personal transformation led me to become a therapist with a commitment to walking alongside others as they navigate the complexities of their own experiences. I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, sexual abuse, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Clinically, I draw from an integrative, evidence-based approach—blending attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can unfold at your pace.
