You may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, eating disorders, or relationship challenges that feel difficult to untangle on your own and I’m here to help you make sense of it. I also support women facing infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum anxiety, and work with couples navigating conflict, disconnection, and infidelity, helping you move toward clarity.

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from attachment work, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and Gottman Method training. Together, we explore patterns, family of origin, and what’s keeping you stuck, while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to move forward.
