Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, families, and children through life’s challenges and transitions. I specialize in working with young children as early as age two, offering a compassionate, developmentally appropriate approach that helps even the youngest clients feel seen and understood. Whether working with a child navigating big emotions, a teen struggling to find their voice, or an adult facing life’s complexities, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can flourish.
I began my journey in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a teaching certification for Early Childhood through 6th Grade. This background laid a strong foundation for my passion for child development and family systems. I went on to receive my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the UTSA in 2015.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings—including schools, drop-in centers, and residential treatment facilities. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. My clinical areas of focus include trauma, abuse, neglect, behavioral issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and stress management.
