I work with teens and adults on a wide variety of issues and concerns. My specialities include: late diagnosis neurodivergency (ADHD and Autism), complex trauma/PTSD, LGBTQIA+ community, and alternative relationships (poly, ENM, kink and BDSM). I am also trained in EMDR.
I'm passionate about being a therapist, and I was inspired to become one by being a client myself. I've been in and out of therapy all my life and wholeheartedly believe in the benefits of having someone outside of your life to process things with in a safe environment.
