Sometimes we get stuck. We’ve done everything we know to help ourselves, then comes a time when we need some extra support to figure out the rest. I support teens, adults and families struggling with OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors.
While I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques to address the individual needs of clients, my work often draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
I believe we have the ability to achieve the growth and change we desire, and will do so once we have the necessary understanding, skills, and sense of empowerment. I strive to help my clients get unstuck and reach their goals by providing these necessary conditions within an authentic and compassionate therapeutic relationship.
