I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Greensburg/Latrobe area with over 12 years of experience providing in-person and telehealth appointments. I have worked with a wide range of individuals (preteens, teens, adults, and older adults) with various diagnoses and concerns including anxiety, panic, depression, suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-injury, life transitions, stress, peer and relationship issues, grief and loss, family conflict, serious and persistent mental illness, and chronic health issues.
My primary treatment modalities include CBT, client-centered therapy, ACT, and solution-focused, however I tailor the therapeutic process to meet the individual needs of my clients.
