I help highly sensitive people navigate our complex world with less overwhelm. My clients often struggle with feeling ungrounded. Despite being highly empathetic and wise, they might continue to feel unseen by others and feel stuck in past traumatic experiences and negative beliefs about themselves. I have worked with a range of diagnoses, though have advanced training in working with PTSD & OCD. I see people of all identities, though many of my clients are LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent.
I help my clients to identify what parts of themselves might need attention and care, in addition to identifying past traumas and/or core beliefs that might be coming up. My approach combines evidence-based treatment modalities with the expertise that you, the client, bring from your lived experience.
