My approach of Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focus Family Therapy (EFFT) assists clients in managing challenging issues ranging from individual mental health needs to supporting a loved one with mental health concerns.
As your therapist, my goal is to collaborate with you to help you discover inner peace and attain autonomy over your life. I support clients from teens to adulthood, of all identity and gender backgrounds, striving to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
