With ten years of clinical experience, I use evidence-based approaches—primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—grounded in strengths, resilience, and practical skill-building. I’m committed to creating a warm, collaborative therapeutic relationship where every person feels safe, understood, and truly heard.
I focus on empowering caregivers, mostly mothers, and I am passionate and invested in supporting and empowering women. I started my own practice a few years ago to align my lived experience, as a women & mom of three young boys, with my clinical training and expertise to create a space where women can be supported to feel their best.
