Through personal and professional experience I have discovered a passion for working with individuals to enhance self-awareness, build stronger relationships and improve the family experience. When one member of the family is suffering it impacts the entire family.
I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University. Currently, I am licensed to practice in NYS as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have experience working in outpatient mental health clinics with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am certified in perinatal mental health by Postpartum Support International.
My goal is to help you to better understand yourself, use coping skills to manage life's stressors, and be able to fully enjoy life.
