I love what I do! I connect well with my clients, and I particularly enjoy working with individuals struggling to make the transition from adolescence to adulthood - no matter the age. This is often a challenging time during which counseling can help assess expectations and establish boundaries for yourself and with others. I also connect well with individuals working in high tech that are transitioning in various areas of their lives. I have many years of experience in a variety of settings including wellness centers, inpatient psychiatric facilities, outpatient clinics, private practices, family courts, schools and MHMRA Emergency services. Previously I was on Staff as a Primary Clinician at the Menninger Clinic in Houston, Texas. I have been in private practice since 2012.
My varied experiences have enabled me to connect with and be successful in helping individuals from different backgrounds experiencing various difficulties. I would love to see how I can help you.
