I have experience working with individuals who struggle with significant emotional distress, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. I implement evidence based practices such as: CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. I also incorporate spiritual and energy work practices into treatment, if the individual I am treating is open to it.
