Hello, I'm Elyse! I specialize in working with clients on a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, abuse, relationship or self-esteem issues, and substance use disorders. I value working with a diverse range of people from various

orientations. I am EMDRIA trained in EMDR, and utilize ACT, person-centered therapy,
CBT, and mindfulness-based therapy. I offer therapy for depression and anxiety, healing
for trauma and abuse survivors, and adults and teens navigating life transitions.
