I have been working with individuals for over 24 years. I primarily work with individuals with self esteem issues, depression, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Issues. We work together to improve everyday life. During post- Covid life is harder and there are many more challenging situations. I will listen, and hear you in a non- judgmental manner.
I provide assessments for ADHD and have been doing so for over 24 years since writing a dissertation on Adult ADHD in 1998. This service may or may not be covered by insurance. I also provide evaluations for Autism and received a Professional Certificate in Autism from UC Davis in 2016.
