I support my clients to feel empowered in their daily decisions and overall well-being. In couples therapy, I am here to support each partner learn and apply the Gottman tools that can truly change your relationship.
My collaborative and proactive approach honors self as the expert of your own internal system. We will notice and attune to parts of self that are impacting your external relationships. I practice with an eclectic approach to therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities including Gottman Level III Couples Methodology, IFS, DBT, CBT, and MI.
