My goal is to make you feel safe enough to let yourself be seen and supported while you do the challenging work of becoming more authentically yourself. I specialize in working with people in transition, who are ready to explore the interplay between their past experiences and present relationships. As a therapist, I am kind, playful, and nonjudgmental, with an eye for how humor and storytelling create space for authenticity.
