I am a licensed social worker and Maternal Mental Health Specialist, and have served the Columbus community as a correctional treatment coordinator, group facilitator, private practitioner, and now clinical specialist in pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. I am passionate about connecting with local moms at all stages of motherhood, and strive to create a therapy space in which my clients feel understood, cared for, and empowered. I love to come alongside other moms in order to help sort out the challenging feelings, relationship changes, and identity shifts that often accompany motherhood.
I use a strengths-based, compassion-centered, whole-person approach to work with individuals to improve their overall mental health, relationships, and quality of life & motherhood. I have specified training in maternal mental health, spanning from pregnancy to parenting adult children.
