The stress of trying to manage it all when it feels like you're drowning is exhausting! I'm a therapist for other therapists, and I also specialize in working with women feeling overwhelmed by relationship issues, anxiety, or trauma. My clients often struggle with feeling depleted; they're tired, their thoughts keep racing, the anxiety's overwhelming, and they can feel very stuck and alone with their pain. It's a lot! And when life stressors occur it's ok to not feel ok, it's human. Some who are used to doing things on their own may question why healing would be any different and so continue to suffer. You don't need to go it alone.
