I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use, and those who are ready to explore the impact of generational trauma. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered.
I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but tailor each session to fit your individual needs. I also incorporate Motivational Interviewing to help you tap into your strengths and move toward meaningful goals at your own pace.
