I incorporate mindfulness practices and evidence-based modalities that enables an integrative and holistic approach that helps guide others back to themselves and their bodies. My trauma-informed training has been a guide for me to be sensitive to my client's situations and experiences. I utilize Somatic Internal Family Systems and Play Therapy techniques.
