I offer compassionate guidance, practical tools, and fresh perspectives to help you feel more grounded, hopeful, and empowered.

I take a trauma-informed, relational approach, and I regularly seek out fresh education via trainings, books, podcasts, and colleagues. I am continuously curious in order to best support you.
